- 1/2 oz ground coriander
- 2 oz ground cumin
- 1/2 oz ground cloves
- 1/2 oz ceyenne pepper
- 1/2 oz ground cinnamon
or
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground cardamom
- 1 ½ teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground cloves
- ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
Mix spices well, spread on flat baking sheet, toast at 250, being careful of burning, cool, store in air tight container.
