- 1 Tsp Minced Garlic 2 Tblsp Butter
- 12 oz Boneless Breasts cubed 1 Tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Thyme 1/3 c Green Onion
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 Tsp Sage
- 1/4 tsp red pepper 1/4 Tsp White Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1 c Cream
- 12 oz Spaghetti
Cook garlic in butter over med high 30 seconds. Stir in chicken and spices. Cook until slightly browned (3 min). Stir in onion. Cook 1 min. Add cream. Increase heat. Stir until thickened (2 min). Combine chicken mixture with cooked pasta in bowl and serve with grated parmesan. I add mushrooms with the green onion and a good dash of tabasco with the cream.
