Susan Hanks Thresher's Spinach Rockefeller

  • 2 pkgs spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated onion
  • 1/8 teaspoon thyme
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon MSG
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic
  • 3 dashes Tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all the ingredients, refrigerate until ready to cook. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
