Cream Biscuits

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3/4-1 cup heavy cream
  • melted butter

Sift dry ingredients. Fold in cream. Knead 1 min. Roll out 3/4 inch. Cut in rounds. Dip in butter. Bake at 425 for 15-18 min.
