Cream Biscuits
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4-1 cup heavy cream
melted butter
Sift dry ingredients. Fold in cream. Knead 1 min. Roll out 3/4 inch. Cut in rounds. Dip in butter. Bake at 425 for 15-18 min.
