- 1 head cabbage
- 2 stalks celery
- 4 carrots
- 1 small onion
- 2 sweet peppers
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2½ cups mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ tablespoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
Grate veggies, set aside. Mix together remaining ingredients. Fold into veggies. Refrigerate.
