Cheese Fondu

  • 1 can cheddar soup
  • ½ -1 can milk
  • 3 slices Swiss cheese
  • ¼ t dry mustard
  • pinch red pepper

Whisk together soup, milk and spices over medium heat. When warm add swiss cheese and whisk to blend. Do not boil. Spoon into fondu pot to keep warm. I serve with bread cubes, cooked beef, raw or cooked mushrooms, broccoli, sliced apple.
